More discussion between Dr. Tate and Dr. Kumar will reveal more challenges that we will encounter on this project, but here are some:
1) It will be difficult to determine the correct design with little industrial experience. We will seek a lot of guidance from experienced professionals.
2) The correctional facility is located about 4 hours away so this may pose a problem as we will have to rely on long distance communication with those people in charge of the facility.
3) The flash freeze facility cannot be off site. This may cause problems due to the limited space within the correctional facility.
4) There are limited number of inmates willing to work. This may cause problems due to more cost-effective options requiring more workers.
5) There will be a large amount of waste water produced so we will have to analyze different treatment options to minimize the environmental impact of the plant.
